Voting for the Best Answer

In a Bounty QA, all participants who contributed funds—whether as the questioner, co-questioners, or peekers—have the right to vote for the best answers. This ensures a fair and community-driven reward distribution.

There are two stages of voting in a Bounty QA, and each participant can vote only one answer at the same time. The weight of your vote depends on the funds you contributed:

1. Stage 1 - Questioner & Co-Questioners:

• Vote for your favorite answer while the QA is still in the answering stage.

• The more bounty you added, the heavier the weight of your vote.

• Answers with more votes will rank higher and receive a larger share of the bounty.

2. Stage 2 - Peekers:

• Vote for your favorite answer during the peeking stage.

• All peekers have equal voting weight since the peeking fee is standardized.

• Answers with more votes will rank higher and receive a larger share of the peeking fee.

If you change your mind after casting a vote, you can still modify it before the answering or peeking period concludes.
